Video Tutorial: Categorize all your Tickets automatically using the Labelf AI App for Zendesk

In this video tutorial we go through how to install the Labelf AI app for Zendesk and how to train a custom AI model on your historic Zendesk tickets. We then activate the model in Zendesk so that all incoming Zendesk tickets are categorized automatically. The other video mentioned in the end of this video is not yet produced, but will be soon.
